To support and advocate for the advancement of the nursing profession and eliminate health disparities through the delivery of culturally competent, quality healthcare

To provide much needed mentorship of high school students of color, to expand interest and entry into the nursing profession, and to be able to provide scholarships for this underrepresented group.
